What hosts wish they'd known

• The first 15 minutes are the hardest. Logins and orientation take effort. Once people start investigating, your job gets easier.

• You don't need to understand the cybersecurity. The game teaches participants. You point them toward hints.

• Most participants won't finish, and that's fine. Five questions of progress is a successful experience.
