✅ What Participants Need

• Device: Laptop or desktop computer (tablets work but aren't ideal)

• Internet: Stable connection (3+ Mbps recommended)

• Browser: Updated Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge

• Account: Free KC7 account (created during event)

In-Person Events

Venue Requirements:

• Room for all participants

• Power outlets for each device

• Stable WiFi (3 Mbps per participant minimum)

• Projection screen or large display (recommended)

Nice to Have:

• Backup internet connection

• Tech support contact

Virtual Events

Platform Requirements:

• Video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

• Screen sharing capability

• Stable internet (10+ Mbps upload)
