Overview

The tenant system is a tool that helps organizations like schools manage their own games. It allows you to create a setup where games can be customized, user performance can be tracked, and roles can be assigned. A tenant is the top-level structure of the platform and can hold multiple classrooms. Each classroom can have as many games as needed, making this system flexible and easy to scale. This guide will explain how to set up and use the tenant system, step by step.

Key Concepts

A tenant is the main organizational unit in the system. It represents an entire organization, like a school or a company. Inside a tenant, classrooms are smaller groups that help organize games and users. Using tenants and classrooms keeps data and access secure and separated.

The tenant manager has full control over the classrooms and games in their tenant. Classroom managers handle individual classrooms and oversee the games and users in them. This system makes it easy to divide responsibilities.
