After creating your tenant, you can start adding classrooms to organize and manage your activities. To get started, you need to first acquire a tenant. You can request one by sending an email to web-contacts@kc7cyber.com with the following information:
Name of your organization: Clearly identify the group or institution requesting the tenant.
Your KC7 username and/or email: Ensure you include the credentials associated with your KC7 account.
Location: Indicate the geographical location of your organization.
Age range: Specify the primary audience for the tenant (e.g., K-12, college, professionals, etc.).
Why you want a tenant: Briefly explain the purpose of the tenant and how you plan to use it.
Additional information: Include any other details that might support your request.
Make sure you already have an active KC7 account before requesting a tenant. If you don’t have an account yet, create one on the KC7 platform to proceed.
Once your tenant request is processed, you will receive an email with a unique link to access your tenant. This email will also include a direct link to the tenant management portal within the KC7 platform, where you can start customizing and managing your tenant.
When you're ready to add classrooms, navigate to the tenant dashboard and click the “Add Classroom” button. Provide a descriptive name and brief description to make the classroom easily identifiable. After saving, explore the “Class Details” tab to further personalize your classroom. Here, you can upload a thumbnail, add a banner image, and select a color theme to give the classroom a unique look and feel.
