You can managers users in a classroom by going to the "students" tab.
Adding users to classrooms is simple. If the users already have accounts, type their usernames into the search box and select each one to add them.
Alternatively, you can share the classroom’s join link, which includes a password. This method is especially useful for adding large groups. Once users are added, you can assign them roles, like Tenant Manager or Classroom Manager, based on their responsibilities.
It’s a good idea to regularly review user roles to make sure permissions are correct. Tenant Managers handle the entire tenant, while Classroom Managers focus on their assigned classrooms and the games in them.
