Tracking Performance

The tenant system includes robust tools for tracking performance, giving you insights at both the classroom and game levels. From the classroom page, you can assign modules to users and monitor their progress. By clicking the menu next to a class, you can view detailed statistics such as the number of questions completed and the overall percentage of completion for each user.
These insights help you understand how players are engaging with the game and identify areas where they may need extra support or guidance.
Additionally, you can dive deeper into game-specific statistics. To do this, click on an individual game and navigate to the “Analytics” tab in the tab pane.
Here, you’ll find detailed information about player performance for each question. This includes the number of players who have successfully answered each question and the number of players who attempted but failed to answer. These analytics provide a clear picture of which questions are challenging for players, allowing you to determine which areas might need additional review or explanation during your sessions.
When you add a module to a classroom, students cannot access it by default. They can only see and play the game if:
You share the link for the game directly with them, or
You manually assign the game to them through the classroom page.
However, enabling the "Auto-Assign" toggle streamlines this process. When the toggle is set to ON, any student who joins your classroom will automatically be added to the game. This means you don’t need to manually assign them or send them a link—it’s all handled automatically.
How to Use the "Auto-Assign" Feature
If your class runs for multiple weeks, you can prepare by creating all your games in advance.
Use the "Auto-Assign" toggle to control when students can access specific games:
Toggle ON when you’re ready for students to start playing the game.
Toggle OFF to prevent new students from being automatically added.
What Happens When You Untoggle "Auto-Assign"?
Players who are already assigned to the game are not automatically removed.
If you need to remove players from a game, go to the Game Management Page and manually remove them.
This feature helps you control access to games, making it easier to manage classrooms and ensure students only play the games relevant to their current progress.
